Bios Life Slim

As a person that has been involved in the Health & Fitness industry for two decades now, I have witnessed numerous trends, but none as impactful and alarming as the trend that is taking place at this very moment. Obesity in America has reached epidemic proportions and shows no signs of slowing down over the next decade.

National Health Agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Weight-control Information Network, National Center for Health Statistics, World Health Organization, The Hormone Foundation, and the American Obesity Association have been monitoring this trend for more than 20 years. The statistics that have been produced through the studies and observations of these agencies is startling.
Over 40% of the adults in this country are obese and over 15% of our youth (ages 2-19) are obese; placing the obesity rate of the country over 50%. There are another 20% that are borderline obese. The projections for the remainder of this current decade are not good. Within the next 2 ½ years the rate will rise to over 75% and by the end of this current decade, less than eight years from now, the obesity prevalence in this country will be at 90%. By the year 2020 it is expected that 9 out of 10 Americans will be obese.

The Obesity prevalence varies from region to region and from state to state. Southern states have the greatest prevalence with the Midwest coming in second.

It is not my intention to inundate this report with excessive data, but the need to paint a vivid picture of the magnitude of this current epidemic is quite necessary. One does not need hard data to know that there is a weight problem in the United States; you simply need to look around you. It does not take much effort to notice those that are beyond a weight that is healthy for them.

There are number of causes for obesity, with improper diet and inactive lifestyles being among the most prevalent. I will be submitting numerous reports to address these issues in great depth as the year progresses. I will stress the importance of adapting a nutritional diet that is conducive to a healthier life. I will also emphasize the importance of consistent exercise.

What I would like to talk about today are the challenges that face a large amount of Americans as they attempt to shed the excess body weight, but find it next to impossible to obtain any measurable or sustainable results. There are those that have tried dieting and exercise and have become frustrated and discouraged because it seems that the weight will not come off.

Today, I would like to introduce you to one of the largest culprits of this phenomenon that seems to defy science. No matter how complicated your fitness instructor or nutritionist makes their explanation of weight loss seem, the formula under normal circumstances is very simple: Create a caloric deficit and you create a corresponding weight loss. There are two basic ways to create this caloric deficit; by reducing caloric intake (the amount of food you consume) and by increasing the rate at which you burn calories (primarily through increased physical activity).

There are number of issues that can render this basic equation ineffective. Hormone imbalances, stress, and chemical imbalances are a few of the reasons that diet and exercise alone may not work for everyone.
Before I move further, it is important to understand the health implications of obesity. Obesity is not a superficial issue; in fact, pulchritude is the least of your worries if you are one of over 150 million Americans that are considered obese. Below you will find a short list of some of the health issues associated with obesity.
·         Coronary heart disease
·         Type 2 diabetes
·         Cancers (endometrial, breast, and colon)
·         Hypertension (high blood pressure)
·         Dyslipidemia (for example, high total cholesterol or high levels of triglycerides)
·         Stroke
·         Liver and Gallbladder disease
·         Sleep apnea and respiratory problems
·         Osteoarthritis (a degeneration of cartilage and its underlying bone within a joint)
·         Gynecological problems (abnormal menses, infertility)

As you can see, not dealing with this epidemic is not an option.
Back to the challenges that face many who are attempting to lose weight without measurable or sustainable results. I want to address one of the major culprits in this area; elevated insulin levels in the blood stream.
Because of poor diets and poor eating habits in American culture we have put our pancreases into overdrive. The type of food we eat and the amounts we eat are creating insulin spikes in our blood stream. This happens when the pancreas attempts to respond to the glucose levels in your bloodstream produced by foods that are easily converted into sugar by your body. The problem is that the insulin spikes are so high that the body cannot burn them off and so they remain in the blood stream. Why is this a problem? It is a problem because insulin has been scientifically proven to interfere with the body’s metabolic system (the system that turns calories into energy). It seems that insulin interferes with the body’s ability to burn stored fat. When insulin is consistently present in the bloodstream it inhibits weight loss. How does this happen? When we eat food, food is converted into glucose which is used to feed and energize the body’s cells (muscle cells, brain cells, heart cells and fat cells).
In order for the cells to receive the glucose the cellular door must be opened. This is accomplished when the pancreas produces insulin which opens the cellular doors and the cells are fed. When the brain cells, muscle cells, and heart cells are adequately fed, the cellular doors on the cells are closed and all of the excess glucose (can be assessed in calories as well) is then taken in by the fat cells and stored as a surplus for future use.
In an ideal situation with proper diet and eating habits, once the body became hungry again, it would access the fat cells for free fatty acids (which is readily converted into energy). This is how your body sustains its energy level between meals. Here is the problem: as long as insulin is in the blood stream, fat cells cannot be assessed to release the fatty acids to feed the body.
Because of poor eating habits, we create glucose spikes in our blood stream and the pancreas responds by produces a corresponding amount of insulin creating an insulin spike. The problem is that glucose will be dispatched into one of the four cellular stores and eventually leave the bloodstream in a relatively short period of time while the insulin takes a lot longer to subside. Now when the body needs energy it cannot access the fat cells because there is insulin in the bloodstream blocking it. So the only alternative is to eat in order to gain the energy necessary and alleviate the cravings that you are feeling. This continues and weight is consistently gained.

There are times when a simple diet adjustment will remedy the situation, but in most cases more extreme measures are necessary.

I have been working diligently for years to help those that struggle with weight gain to effectively engage their struggle and obtain effective results. I have been introduced to a natural health supplement that does just that. Bios Life Slim is a product that successfully manages glucose levels when taken directly before or during meals. When the glucose is managed, so is the production of insulin and you now have a situation in which both, glucose and insulin are leaving the bloodstream around the same time and the body can now access fat cells for needed energy which allows a person to burn unnecessary weight as well.
Though the science behind this remarkable product is simple, its impact is astronomical. When you look at the health issues created by obesity listed above and you take into consideration the mortality rate of people suffering from these diseases, you will understand that Bios Life Slim has the capability to literally add 10-15 years onto the life of a person that is currently obese. \
People are conquering type two diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a number of other vascular diseases by using this breakthrough product. This is a chance to take control of your life. You can lose the weight.
I have decided not only to endorse this product, but I am putting the Master Fitness 21 name behind it. I will be educating the people associated with my ministry and my business with this product as well as taking it to Americans in general.
I have initiated a campaign to educate Americans on this great breakthrough as well as make it accessible to all.
